Documented Preparedness Plan

Collaborated with all Palm Beach County Department of Airports leaders to integrate all critical information into the detailed, public-facing Plan. 

Expediently created and published the document, launched social media campaign, and utilized local PR contacts to integrate the media to increase reach.

Campaigns and messaging evolved, however, safety and convenience remained at the forefront of all messaging.

Organic COVID-19 campaign posts on social media continue to average 5%-8% engagement. *According to Social Insider, the average Facebook post engagement rate is 0.27%.
